On 14 April 2016, the winners of twelveth BZ WBK PRESS PHOTO edition have been announced.

The themes of the rewarded photographs include such important issues as the immigration crisis in Europe, 2015 elections in Poland or the conflict in Ukraine.

The jury chaired by Maciej Jeziorek, consisting of Anna Brzezińska-Skarżyńska, Waldemar Kompała, Chris Niedenthal and Agnieszka Rayss, has chosen  156 images by 33 Polish press photographers, in six categories: Events, Everyday Life, Man, Culture and Art, Sport and Nature.
